This position reports to:

Sales Manager

Job Responsibility：

This position focuses on the development and management of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) customers, establishing in-depth cooperative relationships with equipment manufacturers, system integrators, and control cabinet manufacturers, promoting the company's smart power and smart building products and solutions, and assisting OEM partners in efficiently integrating ABB products into their products and solutions. Realize the business growth of the company in the OEM channel.

OEM customer development and order management.

OEM customer relationship development.

Technical support and solution promotion.

Channel and ecological operation.

Digitalization and Product Value Proposition.

本岗位专注于OEM（原始设备制造商）客户的开发与管理，与设备制造商及系统集成商、控制柜制造商，建立深度合作关系，推广公司智慧电力和智慧建筑产品与解决方案，协助OEM合作伙伴将ABB产品高效集成至其产品与解决方案中，实现公司在OEM渠道的业务增长。

OEM客户开发与订单管理。

OEM客户关系维护与深度开发。

技术支持与解决方案推广。

渠道与生态经营。

数字化与产品价值。

Job Requirement：

Bachelor's or master's degree, majoring in science and engineering (Electrical Automation major preferred).

Have more than three years of relevant sales experience in the electrical/industrial control industry, possess strong sales capabilities, and have experience in customer management and project sales.

Have a strong learning ability; Customer-oriented.

Strong sense of responsibility and emphasis on personal integrity.

Result-oriented.

Possess excellent interpersonal interaction and communication skills as well as teamwork ability.

具备三年以上相关的电气/工控行业销售岗位工作经验、有较强的销售能力，具备客户管理和项目销售经验。

具有较强的学习能力; 以客户为导向。

较强的责任感并注重个人诚信。

具备很好的人际互动和沟通能力以及团队协作能力。
