Your part in the team

Reporting to the Performance and Reporting Manager, the role is accountable fo all the role is accountable for operationalising performance measurement processes and monitoring performance of Blue Care’s Community services on financial and non-financial outcomes (e.g. operational, quality, customer, workforce).

It is responsible for analysing service performance, identifying opportunities and developing practical recommendations on effective options that improve our residential aged care service performance.

What makes a difference for us?

You are someone who enjoys examining and researching a variety of data sources and confidently evaluating your findings and presenting ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and supporting their decision-making processes. Additionally, you will bring to the role the following:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, accounting or a related field.

  • Comprehensive understanding of government funding programs and reporting requirements (internal and external) for the Aged Care / Community services sector.

  • Significant experience in finance or business performance functions dealing with complex, confidential and sensitive information.

  • Demonstrated capability in the application and improvement of integrated reporting systems.

  • Advanced data analysis, interpretation, presentation and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated understanding of key principles of data structure and relationships, as relevant to analytics and reporting.
