Job Description:

Basic Qualifications:

• Lead resource mobilization activities from demand confirmation through deployment readiness.
• Develop and maintain integrated staffing and mobilization plans across multiple workstreams.
• Partner with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition teams to drive sourcing, interviews, offer management, and fulfillment tracking.
• Coordinate rebadging, onboarding, access provisioning, equipment readiness, and deployment activities.
• Manage mobilization governance, RAID logs, dependencies, escalations, and executive reporting.
• Ensure resources are mobilized on time, within approved cost, grade, and location assumptions.
• Drive continuous improvement of mobilization processes, reporting, and operational controls.
• Ideal Candidate Profile
• A successful candidate will typically bring:
• 7+ years of experience in resource management, workforce mobilization, transition management, PMO, staffing, or delivery operations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills across delivery, HR, recruitment, and executive leadership.
• Experience managing large-scale hiring, onboarding, transition, or transformation programs.
• Strong planning, reporting, governance, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to operate in complex, matrixed, and fast-paced delivery environments.
