Key Responsibilities:

Practice Leadership

  • Lead and expand the SAP FI/CO practice, including Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO) capabilities.
  • Define practice strategy, service offerings, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Drive innovation and adoption of SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions and emerging SAP technologies.
  • Establish delivery standards, methodologies, governance frameworks, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with sales, delivery, alliance, and practice leadership teams to support business objectives.
  • Support solution development, accelerators, and reusable assets that improve efficiency and profitability.  

People Management

  • Recruit, mentor, and develop SAP FI/CO consultants, architects, and team leads.
  • Conduct performance discussions, career development planning, and succession planning.
  • Support certification, training, and workforce development initiatives.
  • Manage resource planning, utilization, staffing, and capacity forecasting.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.  

Delivery Oversight

  • Provide executive oversight for SAP FI/CO projects and managed services engagements.
  • Ensure successful delivery of SAP implementations, upgrades, migrations, and support services.
  • Monitor project quality, financial performance, resource utilization, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist project teams with risk mitigation, issue resolution, and escalation management.
  • Ensure adherence to project governance and delivery excellence standards.  

Business Development & Client Engagement

  • Partner with account teams on client pursuits, proposals, and presentations.
  • Support solutioning, estimation, and statement of work development.
  • Build and maintain executive-level client relationships.
  • Identify opportunities to expand SAP Finance consulting and managed services engagements.
  • Contribute to revenue growth and practice profitability

Required Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 10+ years of SAP FI/CO consulting experience.
  • 5+ years of people leadership, practice leadership, or delivery management experience.
  • Proven success leading SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives.
  • Experience managing global and distributed delivery teams.
  • Demonstrated business development and client relationship management experience.

  • Profitability Analysis (CO-PA)
  • Material Ledger
  • Financial Closing and Consolidation
  • SAP S/4HANA Finance
  • Finance integration with MM, SD, PP, PM, PS, and SuccessFactors  

Technical Skills:

  • SAP S/4HANA Finance
  • SAP ECC FI/CO
  • SAP Central Finance (CFIN)
  • SAP Fiori
  • SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC)
  • SAP Business Warehouse (BW)
  • Data migration and transformation methodologies
  • SAP reporting and analytics solutions  

Work Environment:

  • It is expected, at this time, that you may be required as part of the job function to travel up to 40%.

  • Remote to the United States

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future

  • Must be US Citizen or Green Card holder
