Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end solution architecture and design for SAP SuccessFactors implementations and enhancements.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical architecture solutions.
• Design and oversee integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP HCM, payroll platforms, and third-party applications.
• Provide architectural guidance across SuccessFactors modules, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Compensation, Learning, and Succession Management.
• Define solution architecture blueprints, integration strategies, technical standards, and implementation roadmaps.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business process owners, enterprise architects, functional consultants, and technical teams.
• Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, data privacy, and governance standards.
• Lead architecture reviews, solution assessments, technical discussions, and proof-of-concept activities.
• Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Identify opportunities to optimize HR processes and maximize the capabilities of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to project teams and implementation partners.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation, solution design, and architecture.
• Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors modules, capabilities, data models, and configuration.
• Experience with SAP HCM and integration with SAP S/4HANA or other enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of integration technologies such as SAP Integration Suite, SAP Cloud Integration (CPI), APIs, and OData.
• Understanding of cloud architecture, enterprise integration, identity management, and security principles.
• Proven experience leading solution design workshops and engaging with senior business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors certifications in relevant modules.
• Experience leading large-scale or global HR transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Identity Authentication Service (IAS), and Identity Provisioning Service (IPS).
• Experience with SSO, SAML, OAuth, and role-based access controls.
• Exposure to hybrid SAP environments and third-party payroll integrations.
• Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and enterprise architecture frameworks.
