We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Recreation Attendants to join the Pool & Gym team at Crown Metropol.

• 1 x FT
• 1 x PT 4
• 1 x PT 2

In this hands-on role, you’ll help provide a safe, welcoming and memorable experience for our guests while maintaining the high presentation and service standards of our leisure facilities.

In this role, you will:

• Welcome guests and deliver friendly, personalised service
• Supervise the pool area and maintain a safe environment
• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of Pool & Gym facilities
• Assist with guest enquiries and reception duties
• Serve food and beverages within the pool area
• Complete pool testing and safety procedures
• Monitor towels, linen and other stock levels

About you:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in hospitality, leisure, aquatic or hotel environments is advantageous
• Confident working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
• Professional, proactive and team-oriented
• Strong attention to detail

Essential Requirements:

• Current RSA
• LSV Pool Lifeguard accreditation
• First Responder – Aquatic Rescue qualification
• First Aid Level 2 is preferred
