Working in the hospitality team at Crown, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Providing excellent customer service 

• Ensuring guest satisfaction through time management and multi-tasking 

• Strong attention to detail through both floor and bar service and menu knowledge.

About you
You’ll bring the following:

• A passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests

• Minimum 1 year bar experience

• Cocktail, wine and spirit knowledge

• Availability to work on Fridays & Weekends.

To be successful, you’ll:

• Hold or willing to obtain a valid RSA Certificate.

This role requires you to: 

• Work across a rotating roster of daytime and evening shifts

• Have previous bar and cocktail experience

• Show a willingness to learn.
