Job Description:

El Gerente de Cadena de Suministro de Proyectos en Hitachi, Ltd. será responsable de supervisar y optimizar las actividades de la cadena de suministro de principio a fin para proyectos complejos, garantizando la entrega puntual, la eficiencia de costos y la calidad, en consonancia con los objetivos del proyecto.

Responsabilidades del puesto

* Desarrollar e implementar estrategias integrales de cadena de suministro para proyectos específicos, desde la conceptualización hasta la finalización.

* Gestionar el proceso de adquisiciones —incluyendo la selección de proveedores, la negociación de contratos y la gestión de órdenes de compra— para todos los materiales y servicios del proyecto.

* Colaborar estrechamente con los gerentes de proyecto, los equipos de ingeniería y otras partes interesadas para comprender los requisitos del proyecto y asegurar la alineación de la cadena de suministro.

* Monitorear y dar seguimiento al desempeño de la cadena de suministro del proyecto, identificando riesgos potenciales y desarrollando estrategias de mitigación.

* Optimizar las redes de logística y transporte para garantizar una entrega eficiente y rentable de materiales y equipos a los sitios del proyecto.

* Implementar y mantener sistemas sólidos de gestión de inventarios para minimizar el desperdicio y asegurar la disponibilidad de materiales.

* Impulsar iniciativas de mejora continua dentro de la cadena de suministro del proyecto para aumentar la eficiencia, reducir costos y mejorar los niveles de servicio.

* Garantizar el cumplimiento de todas las políticas corporativas pertinentes, las regulaciones de la industria y las prácticas de abastecimiento ético.

* Preparar y presentar informes periódicos sobre el desempeño de la cadena de suministro, el cumplimiento del presupuesto y el estado de los riesgos a la dirección del proyecto.

* Liderar y asesorar a un equipo de profesionales de la cadena de suministro, fomentando una cultura de excelencia y aprendizaje continuo.

Requisitos del puesto

* Licenciatura en Gestión de la Cadena de Suministro, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería o un campo relacionado. Se valorará contar con una maestría.

* Mínimo de 7 años de experiencia progresiva en gestión de la cadena de suministro, con al menos 3 años en un puesto orientado a proyectos, preferiblemente en un entorno industrial o tecnológico complejo.

* Trayectoria comprobada en la gestión exitosa de cadenas de suministro complejas para proyectos a gran escala.

* Sólido conocimiento de los principios de adquisiciones, logística, gestión de inventarios y negociación de contratos.

* Excelentes habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas, con capacidad para identificar y resolver cuellos de botella en la cadena de suministro.

* Dominio de software de gestión de la cadena de suministro y sistemas ERP (p. ej., SAP, Oracle).

* Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación, relaciones interpersonales y negociación.

* Capacidad para trabajar eficazmente en un entorno de proyectos dinámico y de ritmo acelerado, gestionando múltiples prioridades simultáneamente.

* Se valorará contar con la certificación PMP u otra certificación en gestión de proyectos.

* Fuerte compromiso con las prácticas comerciales éticas y la sostenibilidad en la cadena de suministro.
