  • This role is responsible for leading planning, coordination, execution oversight, and delivery of all finishing works, ensuring projects are completed in line with approved scope, quality standards, budgets, schedules, design intent, and statutory requirements.

About the Role:

  • Lead and oversee all finishing works including interiors, façade interfaces, flooring, ceilings, painting, joinery, architectural finishes, and fit-out activities.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and alignment with project objectives.
  • Review finishing drawings, material specifications, mock-ups, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with design standards, quality requirements, and approved specifications.
  • Monitor project progress, resource deployment, procurement schedules, and site execution activities to achieve timely project delivery.
  • Conduct regular review meetings to track milestones, resolve site challenges, and drive corrective actions to maintain project schedules and quality standards.

General Responsibilities 

  • Oversee finishing construction activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety requirements, approved materials, and project specifications.
  • Monitor project schedules, budgets, contractor performance, and resource utilization to identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
  • Coordinate material approvals, procurement activities, mock-ups, inspections, and stakeholder interfaces to support smooth project execution.
  • Manage snagging, quality inspections, testing, rectification works, and handover activities to ensure successful project completion.
  • Prepare project performance reports and lead finishing teams to drive efficient delivery, quality excellence, and continuous improvement.

About You:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  • 8-10 years of experience in project management for large-scale, Commercial projects within a PMC, developer, or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, cost control, contract administration, construction methodologies, and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in project management software, scheduling tools (MSP/Primavera), and MIS/reporting systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive teams toward timely and quality project delivery.
