Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Project Manager to lead the execution and delivery of HVAC projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in chiller installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution, with the ability to manage project schedules, resources, stakeholders, and site teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete lifecycle of HVAC projects from project initiation to handover.
• Lead the installation, testing, commissioning, and startup of:
  • Water-Cooled Chillers
  • Air-Cooled Chillers
  • HVAC Systems
  • Cooling Towers
  • Pumps and Associated Equipment
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Develop project plans, schedules, manpower deployment plans, and budgets.
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Conduct site meetings and provide project status updates to management and customers.
• Manage project risks and proactively resolve technical and execution challenges.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of project materials and equipment.
• Support project billing, cost control, variation management, and collections.
• Ensure compliance with EHS and quality standards throughout project execution.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Project Management certification (PMP/PRINCE2) is an added advantage.

Experience Required

• 8-15+ years of experience in HVAC project execution and project management.
• Strong hands-on experience in chiller installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Proven experience managing large commercial, industrial, healthcare, data center, or infrastructure HVAC projects.
• Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously.
