Role Purpose: 

  • The primary role of a Processor is to attend to Unit Trust transactions for customer and ensure timely and accurate processing
  • Involvement and support in project/ enhancement testing and verification                  
  • Incumbent must ensure strict adherence to Bank policies, procedures and operational controls. He/ She must contribute as a team member to meet agreed processing turnaround time and customer service excellence

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend to and ensure that customers’ instructions are promptly and accurately processed
  • Ensure that proper instructions are obtained prior to processing
  • Work closely with business partners to ensure that customer requirements are met
  • Ensure timely and proper accounts reconciliation
  • Perform proper documentation and archival for customer instructions, completed transactions and reports
  • Ensure strict compliance and adherence to Bank policies, guidelines and established procedures and policies
  • Ensure prompt attendance to customer feedback for timely resolution
  • Work closely with project team to perform user acceptance testing (UAT) and verification accurately and timely

Skills – Soft:

  • Able to multi-task independently as well as in a team  
  • Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Initiative, resourcefulness, highly organise

Knowledge – Technical:

  • Computer literacy
  • Good working knowledge in Microsoft Application – Excel and Word are essential

Knowledge – Specialist:

  • With Unit Trust Product knowledge is preferrable

Education (minimum): Degree (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
