岗位职责：

• 负责银行总账账户管理及相关系统的维护与优化，为业务及产品提供会计处理建议，支持总账控制的有效实施。
• 建立健全总账账户控制框架，落实集团相关政策，更新本地政策，建立总账账户对账证实及账龄分析流程，并监督执行。
• 负责总账账户及相关基础信息管理，包括会计科目、产品代码等的新增、变更、停用及定期维护。
• 分析总账账户对账及日常检查中发现的账务问题，推动相关账务处理部门落实整改，并跟进解决情况。
• 持续跟进本地会计准则及集团会计政策的变化，更新和维护相关会计处理要求，为新业务、新产品及新场景提供适当的会计处理方案。
• 维护和优化对账及账龄分析自动化系统，以及总账系统中与总账控制相关的功能；主动识别流程改进机会，并结合人工智能（AI）等工具推动优化。
• 完成上级主管及管理层安排的其他工作。

任职资格：

• 会计、金融或相关专业本科及以上学历。
• 熟悉财务总账控制及相关会计准则；
• 具备良好的英语书面及口头表达能力；
• 熟悉银行各类产品的会计核算；
• 具有较强的责任心和时间管理能力。
• 具有超过4年银行、会计师事务所或财务相关工作经验者优先；具有银行系统相关工作经验者优先。
• 持有 CPA、ACCA、CFA 等相关专业资格证书者优先。
