The MRO Training Coordinator leads the fulfillment of MRO shop training obligations to customers globally. This role interfaces directly with customers and other GE organizations to develop and ensure execution of training programs including curriculum development, proposal execution, asset management, training delivery, and customer invoicing. This role is a key part in the development of the external MRO landscape for GE and CFM engines.

Role Overview:

  • Act as the primary focal to interface with customers and GE personnel on MRO training requests
  • Manage overall schedule of customer MRO training commitments as well as GE and CFM training assets (engines/modules/piece parts)
  • Develop training course curriculum – both standardized offerings and customized in support of customer campaigns - and execute customer training proposals
  • Conduct a portion of the disassembly/assembly training offerings at customers and coordinate across the GE shop network to align trainer assignments with other customer requests
  • Issue training attendance documentation and invoices to customers
  • Assist MRO Programs team with training program development for shop set-up and consultancy projects
  • Travel to customer, GE and partner facilities are necessary to conduct or oversee training and to expand own expertise

Required Qualifications

  • Prior experience on aircraft engine disassembly / assembly on LEAP or GEnx product
  • Prior experience in training others on engine disassembly / assembly
  • Established project management skills
  • Computer literate with working knowledge of word processing and email management
  • For roles outside of the USA- This role requires advanced experience in Training. Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience).
  • For roles in USA - Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)).
