What you’ll be doing

• Translate Nordic brand strategy into local commercial and shopper plans for the Finnish market.
• Develop and execute annual brand activation plans across retail, pharmacy, field, HCP and digital channels.
• Lead local launches, campaigns and in-market execution, ensuring strong implementation and measurable impact.
• Partner with Key Account Managers on sell-in, trade stories, customer activation and retailer execution.
• Collaborate with Category Managers to strengthen shopper relevance, category development and customer value.
• Provide local consumer, shopper and market insights to influence Nordic brand planning.
• Adapt media, digital, POS and E-POS materials to local market needs.
• Track brand performance, pricing, budgets and A&P spend.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Category, HCP, Field and Nordic Marketing.
• Own local execution while ensuring alignment with Nordic strategy and Finnish market opportunities.

Requirements

• University degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or a related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role within OTC and cosmetics.
• Proven experience in brand management, local activation and commercial execution.
• Strong understanding of retail, shopper behaviour, category development and customer dynamics.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn insights into clear commercial actions.
• Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent in Finnish and English.
• Experience with Rx products is considered a strong advantage.
