Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for a Brand Manager- Skin Care for our office in Warsaw. 

This is an 18-month fixed-term position providing parental leave cover and a rare opportunity to take full ownership of Emolium, one of our most important brands in Poland. You will shape its growth strategy and bring it to life through hands-on execution across pharmacy, e-commerce and digital channels, working with both Polish and international teams.

What you'll be doing 

• Own the growth strategy and annual brand plan for Emolium in Poland, translating priorities into clear commercial and marketing actions. 

• Turn consumer research, market trends, competitor activity and sales data into decisions that grow sales, share and brand equity. 

• Plan and deliver integrated campaigns across pharmacy, e-commerce, digital and HCP touchpoints together with internal teams and external agencies. 

• Manage the A&P budget, forecasts and investment choices, and develop business cases for innovation and portfolio projects. 

• Partner with our Global Innovation team on new products, reformulations, pack development and brand design. 

• Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Trade Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Finance, Insights, Media and medical representatives.

Requirements

• Fluent Polish and professionally fluent English. 

• Substantial end-to-end brand-management experience, including both brand strategy and hands-on execution. 

• Relevant experience from FMCG, dermocosmetics, skincare, beauty, personal care, consumer healthcare or another fast-moving consumer environment. 

• A strong track record of building brands and delivering integrated campaigns based on consumer, market and performance insights. 

• Commercial and analytical strength, including experience managing marketing budgets and developing project business cases or P&Ls. 

• Confidence coordinating agencies and cross-functional stakeholders and taking clear ownership of delivery. 

• Experience with pharmacy, e-commerce, HCP marketing, drugstores or multi-market work is an advantage 

• A proactive, pragmatic and creative approach, with the pace and learning agility to succeed in a changing environment. 

• Strong communication and influencing skills, paired with a collaborative and culturally aware working style.
