The Functionality QA Manager will partner with the Global Portfolio Director, local leadership, and Business Development teams to drive local and international expansion. Responsibilities include ensuring optimal project delivery within defined scope, budget, and timeline, while establishing strong strategic relationships with key client stakeholders. The role entails directing, mentoring, and developing local FQA Project Managers to cultivate high-performing teams aligned with company culture and values. Additionally, the Manager will champion continuous process improvement and service innovation across the Katowice studio and broader organization.

Core Responsibilities

• Department Oversight: Lead and manage operations for the Keywords Mexico QA Department to ensure alignment with local and global business goals.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with global FQA Managers, Project Managers, and Business Development teams to drive local and international operational growth.
• Financial & KPI Management: Manage budgeting, track operational and financial KPIs, and ensure profitability across all local FQA activities.
• Service Delivery Excellence: Oversee project execution to guarantee delivery within defined timeframes, budgets, and quality standards.
• Quality & Innovation: Conduct regular QA audits and drive continuous process improvements across strategic locations.

Supervision & Team Leadership

• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coach FQA Project Managers and Leads, fostering professional growth and delivery excellence.
• Resource & Workforce Planning: Manage high-level resource allocation, recruitment, and hardware/facility requirements in partnership with Production Support.
• Performance Management: Conduct monthly constructive check-ins and formal quarterly performance evaluations; handle HR-related matters as required.
• Operational Alignment: Facilitate regular status meetings to address risks, streamline workflows, and ensure effective workload distribution.

Client Relationship Management

• Account Leadership: Cultivate long-term relationships with senior client stakeholders and oversee top-tier account management for regional operations.
• Expectation & Escalation Management: Serve as the main point of contact for service quality escalations, aligning client needs with actionable solutions.
• Business Growth: Lead or delegate proposal efforts, identifying cross-selling opportunities to expand client engagements.

Administration & Operational Governance

• Reporting: Maintain and analyse production and financial metrics, delivering comprehensive briefings to the Global Portfolio Director.
• Standardization: Oversee the creation and implementation of standardized templates and process frameworks for regional and global use.
• Logistics & Mobility: Maintain operational readiness and flexibility for business travel as required.
