The HRIS Systems Administrator is responsible for the ongoing administration, configuration, support, and optimization of HR technology solutions within the People Technology organization.

The initial primary responsibility of this role will be administration of FreshService for Business Teams supporting HR service delivery. Over time, responsibilities may expand to include additional HRIS applications, workforce technology platforms, integrations, and other solutions within the People Technology ecosystem.

This role will serve as the primary platform administrator for FreshService, ensuring the solution effectively supports employee and HR agent experiences through well designed intake forms, service catalog items, routing, workflows, approvals, automation, knowledge content, reporting, integrations, and security controls.

The administrator will work closely with People Technology, HR Operations, HR functional teams, IT, Security, vendors, and integration resources to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions. The role will also maintain appropriate security and data controls for sensitive employee information and support continuous improvement across HR systems and service delivery processes.

This position requires someone who is comfortable operating as both a hands on system administrator and a consultative partner who can understand a business process, identify opportunities for automation or simplification, and configure practical and sustainable technology solutions.
