What would you do? • The Payroll Sr Analyst will be responsible for managing end to end payroll for clients, ensuring payroll is processed accurately and on time. The role is also responsible for managing team members and client stakeholders. • Payroll experience into US UK International • Design processes for performing payroll preparation, pay-slip calculation, post-payroll registration • • • accounting booking, payments, social security), recurring statutory forms submission. • Graduate in any discipline. • Shift Timings • Must be flexible with respect to shift timings.
What are we looking for? • Primary skill - Payroll Process Design • Knowledge of payroll and HR applications such as ADP, SAP, Workday, Kronos, and SuccessFactors. • Payroll certification is an added advantage. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data analysis.
Roles and Responsibilities: • Escalate issues and seek advice when faced with complex issues or problems. • Ensure Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans are up to date and tested periodically. Liaise with BCM Team and Local IT on testing activities. • Create logical plans, realistic estimates, and schedules for activities or project segments. • Ensure progress, issues, and agreements are properly documented and acted upon. • Assist the team in performing root cause analysis on issues and suggest appropriate corrective and preventive actions. • Support knowledge transfer activities for processes and clients and acquire in depth process knowledge as required. • Participate in internal and client initiatives related to process improvement. • Ensure process dashboards and visual management displays are reviewed regularly and kept up to date. • Actively participate in process related business meetings in person or virtually through conference calls. • Liaise with Accenture Local IT to escalate technology issues impacting the team. • Participate in and support client visits. • Propose process improvement ideas that reduce time, improve accuracy, or enhance controls. • Work collaboratively with internal and third party stakeholders to achieve business goals. • Knowledge Skills Requirements • Good organizational and prioritization skills. • Strong analytical and problem solving skills. • Multicultural awareness. • Passion for customer service. • Strong team player. • Client and stakeholder management skills. • Results and detail oriented mindset. • Focus on high data accuracy. • Quality driven approach in communications and system transactions. • Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and escalate when appropriate. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • Excellent customer service skills.
