Its activities span Port Reception Facilities, Emergency Response Services, Decontamination Services, Renewable Energy, Alternative Fuel Production from Waste and Technology.

The HR Business Partner will support the effective delivery of HR operations across the employee lifecycle, partnering with managers and employees to address people-related needs and support business objectives. The role reports to the Head of Recruitment and covers HR operations, selection, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, HR reporting, compliance, learning & development, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities across the headquarters and the company’s operational facilities.

· Act as a key point of contact for managers and employees, providing day-to-day HR guidance and support.

· Maintain organizational structures, job descriptions, personnel records and HR documentation.

· Support organizational effectiveness and ensure HR processes are consistently and efficiently implemented across the organization.

· Prepare HR reports, dashboards and workforce metrics to support management decision-making.

· Coordinate learning & development activities, training needs and annual training plans.

· Support the annual performance management cycle, including goal setting, MBOs, performance reviews and development plans.

· Support employee engagement initiatives and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.

· Ensure compliance with internal policies, labour legislation and applicable regulatory requirements.

· Lead or support the implementation and ongoing administration of the Digital Work Card, ensuring process accuracy, data integrity and effective coordination with relevant stakeholders.

· Support the implementation and effective use of HR systems, including HRMS, MSS and ESS functionalities.

· Identify opportunities to improve, simplify and digitalize HR processes.

· Support the CPO in organizational, people and HR transformation projects, as required.

Key Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or a related field.

· Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within a manufacturing, industrial or operational environment.

· Strong hands-on experience across HR operations, recruitment, learning & development, performance management and HR reporting.

· Good understanding of Greek labor legislation and HR compliance requirements.

· Experience working with HR systems and employee data.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

· Strong analytical skills and ability to work effectively with HR data and reporting.

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

· Fluency in written and spoken English.

· Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.

· Proactive, structured, and detail-oriented approach, with a hands-on and solution-focused mindset.

Preferred Requirements

· MSc in Human Resource Management or a related discipline will be considered an advantage.

· Experience in large multinational organizations within manufacturing, industrial, shipping or other operational environments.

· Experience with HRMS, MSS, ESS, payroll systems and/or Digital Work Card implementation.

· Experience supporting performance management, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives.

· Experience in HR projects, process improvement or HR digitalization.
