Location: Stratford, ON (onsite)
Salary Range: $25 per hour
Vacancy Type: Contract Position (6-Month Contract)
As our next Human Resources Administrator, you’ll be at the forefront of supporting day-to-day HR operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Your expertise in HR administration, employee onboarding, staffing coordination, and records management will be essential in supporting employees, maintaining accurate HR data, and ensuring an exceptional employee experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Support employee shift schedules through communication and administrative coordination.
• Perform HR data entry and maintain accurate employee information and records.
• Organize, maintain, and digitize employee files and HR documentation.
• Coordinate temporary staffing requirements with external staffing agencies.
• Review staffing agency invoices for accuracy and completeness.
• Prepare and facilitate new employee orientation and onboarding activities.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team.
• Respond to employee inquiries and assist with HR-related requests.
• Support HR projects and process improvement initiatives as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
• Recent graduate of a Human Resources, Business Administration, or related post-secondary program.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
• Strong customer service mindset and willingness to support employees at all levels.
Bonus Points If You Have:
• Previous co-op, internship, or administrative experience.
• Experience working within HR systems or databases.
• Experience supporting onboarding or recruitment activities.
• Manufacturing environment experience.
