The DCX Client Services Home-Based Product Virtual Graphic Design Specialist has a strong ability to listen to the client, understand their goals, and assist in the creation of creative solutions with a high visual impact. This role will work closely with the client to ensure that branding is integrated into the goals of the partner brands they serve. Your creativity, attention to detail, and understanding of design principles will play a vital role in shaping the visual identity and success of the client's brand. 

REQUIRED CORE COMPETENCIES

• Strong understanding of design principles, visual composition, and details 
• Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Create accurate, photorealistic virtuals of custom tents, table covers, banners, flags, displays, and related products 

• Use generative AI, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator to create and refine product images 

• Verify product construction, dimensions, scale, hardware, artwork placement, logo integrity, text, and color 

• Recognize and correct AI-generated errors rather than relying on raw AI output 

• Communicate professionally with customers about artwork needs, virtual requests, revisions, and expectations 

• Ask clear questions when instructions or source materials are incomplete 

• Design flyers, sales sheets, catalogs, lookbooks, and other print and digital marketing collateral 

• Follow DMP and customer brand guidelines 

• Manage source files, working files, and completed assets in an organized manner 

• Complete projects accurately and within required turnaround times 

WHAT WE LOOK FOR 

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.  
• Experience: 1-3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, or other relevant experience. 
• Language Proficiency: Strong verbal, written, and English communication skills.  
• Working schedule: Ability to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or within US operating hours.  
• Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign - Preferred

• Professional experience using generative AI image tools 
• Industry Specific Software/Knowledge:   

• Experience creating product mockups, photo composites, or commercial visualizations 

• Strong understanding of perspective, proportion, scale, lighting, color, typography, and composition 

• Exceptional attention to detail and visual quality control 

• Strong customer-facing written communication skills, including clear grammar, tone, and follow-through 

• Ability to interpret templates, product specifications, customer artwork, and written instructions 

• Ability to manage multiple projects and precise revision requests in a fast-paced environment 

• Experience designing print and digital marketing collateral 

• Ability to adapt to quickly shifting priorities, urgent requests, and changing deadlines while remaining organized, responsive, and professional 
• Experience with promotional products, signage, fabric displays, trade show products, or large-format printing 
• Knowledge of print production, resolution, bleed, color modes, and production-ready file preparation
