Tailor learning to different learner profiles and business priorities, helping new hires reach competency efficiently without compromising quality.
  • Developing and maintaining learning content, supporting training delivery as needed, and keeping the learning management system and learning portfolio up to date. Coordinate stakeholder reviews and sign-off before content is published.
  • Working with the wider Learning and Development team and standards trainer to shape content plans and establish consistent formats and frameworks for learning across regions and delivery settings, including remote, hybrid, and in-person learning.
  • Delivering effective training that meets different learner needs and supports successful outcomes across regions and learning environments.
  • Conducting regular learning needs analyses and partnering with Navan Core and Navan Signature leaders to identify learning gaps and implement learning that reflects organizational needs and regional requirements.
  • Building feedback loops across Global Operations and Service to encourage, capture, and act on feedback about learning content and delivery.
  • Partnering with internal and external stakeholders, including CAPS and Product, to keep learning content current as products, regulations, sourcing strategies, and the travel industry change.
  • Continuously developing your knowledge of Navan, travel industry standards, and customer experience practices to keep learning content accurate and relevant.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strategic learning partnership: Uses a strategic, analytical, and consultative approach to understand business needs and determine when learning is the right solution. Keeps programs aligned with business priorities and the global learning strategy.
  • Learning design and delivery: Applies Learning and Development principles to create clear, engaging programs for different learning needs. Uses effective design, testing, and delivery practices to achieve the intended outcomes.
  • Measurement and continuous improvement: Evaluates learning quality and impact, defines success measures with stakeholders, and uses performance data and learner feedback to improve programs and measure return on investment.
  • Customer and travel expertise: Understands how learning supports customer experience. Has customer service experience in a contact center or customer-facing role, and experience in a TMC or business travel role covering air, rail, car, and hotel products. Has advanced working knowledge of Sabre and Amadeus.
  • Facilitation and relevant experience: Communicates confidently and has experience presenting to and managing classes of 12 or more learners. Brings at least one year of experience in a Learning and Development Specialist or content role, and takes ownership of ongoing development.

ABOUT TRIPACTIONS

TripActions is the fastest-growing corporate travel platform disrupting a $1.5T industry and shaping the future of business travel.

TripActions is a story of inspiration born of frustration. Road warriors and co-founders Ariel Cohen and Ilan Twig believed that companies deserved a travel solution that takes the pain out of work trips –– so that their travelers can focus on being productive and meeting in-person, not wasting valuable time booking travel. So in 2015, they created TripActions. Since then, we’ve been a mission to power the face-to-face, in-person connections that move people, ideas and businesses forward.

TripActions’ platform offers a vast selection of inventory that travelers can choose from, a personalized, intuitive user interface driven by machine learning, and 24/7 proactive real human, customer support. Companies enjoy complete travel program visibility, over 30% cost savings on average and seamless integrations with their HR and expense systems.

Globally, TripActions has grown to over 600 employees across 7 offices in 4 countries. We support over 1,500 customers, with innovative brands like Lyft, Dropbox, Sara Lee Frozen Bakery, Allbirds, Robinhood and the ACLU relying on TripActions for their business travel needs. As one of Silicon Valley’s newest “unicorns”, TripActions has a valuation north of $1B and a total of $232M in funding. We’ve recently received $154M in our Series C funding round –– led by new investor Andreessen Horowitz, with participation from repeat investors Lightspeed Venture Partners, Zeev Ventures and SGVC.

TripActions was recently recognized as one of Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies for 2019, #12 in LinkedIn’s Top Startups 2018 and #3 in the U.S. for Happiest Employees by Comparably.

We’re redefining what it means to travel for work. Come help us build the future of business travel.
