Opened in 2008, Four Seasons Hotel Macao has become a coveted destination for both business and leisure travelers who seek exceptional and personalized services. Its numerous awards and satisfied customers attest to its excellence. In October 2020, Four Seasons Hotel Macao introduced The Grand Suites, an all-suite tower that took the concept of luxury and bespoke services to new heights. With the addition of 289 suites, the Hotel's room count increased to a combined total of 649 keys, making it the largest property within the Four Seasons group. Situated at the heart of the Cotai Strip, the hotel provides an elegant oasis with elite entertainment, high-end shopping, world-class dining, and the indulgent pampering that defines Four Seasons.

About the role

The Floor Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Room Attendant staffs, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and meet the hotel's quality standards.

What you will do

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.

• Train housekeeping employees in order to achieve the standards of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas.

• Collect room and floor status report sheets for assigned work areas and assign rooms to attendants.

• Monitor and manage the inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

• Inspect pantries to ensure all items are stocked in an orderly fashion and in sufficient quantities.

• Coordinate work orders in assigned areas and follow up on inspections.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in housekeeping practices.

• Maintain a safe working environment and report any hazards or maintenance issues.

What you bring

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.

• A minimum of a high school or equivalent education.

• Knowledge of tasks performed by the Room Attendants, Public Area Attendants, Houseman and Runners.
