Join our Manila team supporting SAP Financial Risk and Financials services for a banking client, covering L2/L3 development and production support for data management (FSDM) and regulatory reporting.

• Provide L2/L3 development and production support for SAP Financial Products Subledger (FPSL)

• Support data management in FSDM

• Analyze regulatory reports (EU/ASG regulations), identify gaps, and recommend resolutions or explain results to banks

• Act as an SME, work with the team and contribute to key decisions

• Mentor team members

Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on financial goals. - Support the development and implementation of strategies that improve commercial outcomes. - Monitor and evaluate financial metrics to inform decision-making and optimize resource allocation. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in SAP Financial Products Subledger (FPSL). - Additional Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Modeling Techniques and Methodologies, Banking, Financial Risk Management (FRM). - Strong knowledge of financial systems integration and reporting processes. - Experience in analyzing complex financial data to support business decisions. - Ability to design and implement financial controls and compliance measures. - Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks relevant to finance.
