We are seeking a W365 Support Engineer who can provide technical support across Windows 365, Microsoft Intune, Windows standard operating environments, endpoint management, identity, application delivery, monitoring, and cloud desktop environments. You will work with business and technology stakeholders to resolve Cloud PC issues, support configuration requests, investigate endpoint and platform issues, and deliver low-to-medium complexity engineering and operational improvements across active client environments. 


You must be an Australian citizen to apply; security clearance is highly regarded. 


Core to the Role 

  • Provide day-to-day Windows 365 support across client environments, including PC provisioning, Microsoft Intune management, Windows SOE, device configuration, application deployment, endpoint compliance, connectivity issues, and service reliability. 
  • Analyse client issues and requests, then translate them into support actions, provisioning changes, Intune policy updates, application changes, device remediation, or technical resolution activities. 
  • Prepare and maintain technical design documentation, build guides, test scripts, support runbooks, service updates, and stakeholder engagement materials. 
  • Support Windows 365 engineering activities, environment readiness, Cloud PC provisioning, configuration changes, Windows updates, application deployment, rollback planning, and release-cycle testing. 
  • Develop and maintain low-to-medium complexity automation, scripts, configuration profiles, remediation packages, Windows SOE components, and endpoint improvements across supported platforms. 
  • Build simple guides, support notes, test plans, service updates, and knowledge articles for clients, end users, and support teams. 
  • Support service governance adoption, including ticket prioritisation, SLA commitments, documentation standards, knowledge management, privileged access, change controls, and shared services processes. 
  • Use Windows 365, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph APIs, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Windows management tools where appropriate to support delivery and issue resolution. 
  • Track incidents, ticket trends, provisioning issues, policy failures, application deployment outcomes, endpoint compliance, service outcomes, and client feedback, then recommend continuous improvements. 

About You  

You are an experienced Windows 365 support professional with the ability to translate PC, endpoint, identity, application, Windows SOE, and device-management issues into reliable support outcomes. You have a strong understanding of Windows 365, Microsoft Intune, Windows 10 and Windows 11, Microsoft Entra ID, device configuration, application management, endpoint compliance, scripting, monitoring, testing, release support, and support requirements across live client environments. You are comfortable engaging with clients, application teams, infrastructure teams, security teams, service teams, and end users to deliver support services that are robust, practical, and aligned to business outcomes. 


Professional Skillset 

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, troubleshooting, documentation, automation, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Working experience with Windows 365, Microsoft Intune, Windows 10 and Windows 11, Windows SOE engineering, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, application deployment, endpoint compliance, PowerShell scripting, monitoring tools, and support processes. 
  • Experience supporting live Cloud PC and endpoint environments, device operations, client issue resolution, technical testing, release support, service delivery, and operational improvements. 
  • Ability to investigate Cloud PC provisioning failures, Intune policy issues, application deployment errors, device compliance problems, identity and access issues, connectivity faults, performance concerns, and environment-related support issues. 
  • Understanding of endpoint support governance, service management, SLA commitments, ticket prioritisation, knowledge management, documentation standards, change control, security, and release-cycle basics. 
  • Secondary working knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure networking, Conditional Access, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft 365 Apps, Group Policy, APIs, and Microsoft cloud integration patterns.

Preferred Education and Experience 

  • 5+ years’ experience supporting Windows 365, Microsoft Intune, Windows endpoint platforms, live client environments, application support, or solution delivery roles. 
  • Experience supporting Cloud PC provisioning, Windows SOE engineering, device configuration, application deployment, endpoint compliance, SIT, end-user coordination, UAT, go-live activities, ticket resolution, and managed services programs. 
  • Familiarity with Windows 365, Microsoft Intune, Windows 10 and Windows 11, Microsoft Entra ID, Windows Autopilot, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph APIs, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Microsoft cloud services. 
  • Experience building support processes, Windows SOE documentation, test plans, knowledge articles, service improvement actions, endpoint readiness checks, or client readiness plans. 
  • Exposure to large complex client sites, Azure Virtual Desktop, hybrid identity, performance investigations, application packaging, endpoint security, Windows Autopilot, or broader Microsoft cloud delivery is desirable. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer science, business systems, engineering, cloud computing, software development, or related field. 

Certifications 

  • Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) (desirable) 
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty (AZ-140) (desirable) 
  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300) (desirable) 
  • Relevant Microsoft Windows 365, Intune, endpoint management, Windows engineering, identity, security, automation, or IT service management certifications
