FASHION ADVISOR - TEMPORARY CONTRACT

Location: Panamá, Fashion Boutique Multiplaza

Reports to: Fashion Boutique Supervisor

Contract: Full-time and temporary contract position

Achieve sales goals complying with the guidelines of outstanding customer service, after-sales services, and merchandising, always supporting store management. 


WHAT IMPACT YOU CAN CREATE AT CHANEL

  • Optimize the client experience through providing clients with prompt, professional, warm and courteous service
  • Build genuine relationships with clients through thoughtful and consistent outreach
  • Demonstrate a can-do attitude in every situation to constantly raise the level of service provided and consistently exceed client expectations
  • Take in repairs and maintain consistent follow up with clients regarding repairs and alterations
  • Execute day-to-day operations of store opening and closing
  • Ensure that merchandising and cleanliness are followed.
  • Organization of warehouses and wrapping areas.
  • Process sales transactions handling all methods of paying
  • Wrapping
  • Help on inventory and stock controls.
  • Daily review of reservations and follow up with clients
  • Keep communication channels with clients updated regarding new collections arrival, birthdays and after sales service.
  • Support in the reception of merchandise and labeling.
  • Process clients complains and after-sales service follow up.
  • Ensure clients database is up to date.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Candidate must be fluent both in English and Spanish.
  • Adaptability to flexible shifts (AM/PM) and availability of time to work on Sundays, holidays and night work when required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales or any other related field.
  • Be able to work with deadlines, strong sense of detail, creative and innovative thinker, excellent communications skills, and strong decision-making skills.
  • Strong client orientation
  • Experience in the luxury retail market is a plus
  • Ability to build solid relations with high-end customers
  • Able to work independently as well as team player, problem-solving and good communicator
  • Must be someone organized, resourceful, with a clear communication.
