Community Sports Partners is looking for an organized, resourceful Executive Assistant to support the founder, keep priorities and communications moving, and provide practical marketing support across selected businesses.

What you will do

• Own founder inbox triage, prepare replies in the founder's voice, track commitments and escalate decisions appropriately.

• Manage calendars, meetings, travel arrangements and reliable follow-through.

• Research family offices, venture firms and potential strategic partners; identify suitable decision-makers and prepare concise meeting briefs.

• Draft personalized outreach, coordinate approved follow-ups and maintain a contact pipeline with clear next steps.

• Support the founder's personal and selected businesses' Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn presence through content planning, drafting, scheduling and coordination.

• Support the email/SMS specialist with campaign calendars, asset coordination, copy preparation, quality checks and reporting.

• Keep documents, priorities and confidential information organized; coordinate projects independently and surface issues promptly.

Requirements

What you bring

Experience supporting an executive or coordinating business operations; clear written English; sound judgment with confidential information; strong organization and follow-through. Practical familiarity with Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, spreadsheets, CRM systems and social/content tools. Show how you prioritize competing requests and adapt your writing to another person's voice.
