Community Sports Partners operates youth and adult sports programs across the GTA and Florida. We are looking for an Email & SMS Marketing Specialist to own campaigns and lifecycle communications that turn customer interest into paid registrations and repeat participation.

What you will do

• Own the email and SMS calendar across our brands, from audience selection and copy through quality checks, launch and reporting.

• Build, test and maintain automated welcome, follow-up, reactivation and retention flows using our email/SMS platforms, including SendGrid and Twilio.

• Write clear, persuasive copy and coordinate landing pages, offers and creative with the wider marketing team.

• Maintain segmentation, suppression lists, consent records and deliverability practices.

• Run meaningful A/B tests and distinguish channel activity from incremental paid registrations and revenue.

• Track delivered messages, clicks, paid registrations, refunds, unsubscribes and other relevant outcomes; explain what changed and what you will test next.

• Maintain reusable templates, campaign documentation and a reliable approval/QA process.

Requirements

What you bring

Hands-on email marketing or lifecycle campaign experience, strong written English, practical SMS and automation knowledge, spreadsheet/reporting skills and careful quality control. Experience with SendGrid, Twilio, HubSpot, Klaviyo or comparable tools is relevant. Bring examples showing your own contribution, campaign results and lessons learned. Familiarity with applicable consent and messaging requirements is expected.
