We are looking for an Energy Analyst Europe to join our European Energy team. In this role, you will provide market analysis, forecasting, and data-driven insights to support the European Energy Team in energy strategy and operational decision-making across Europe. Working closely with operations and business teams, you will help optimize energy performance, support renewable energy initiatives, and contribute to our sustainability+ and decarbonization goals.

What you will do

• Provide energy market analysis, forecasting, reporting, and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to optimize energy costs, efficiency, and carbon performance across European operations.
• Support energy procurement, renewable energy projects, and energy risk management initiatives.
• Monitor energy market and regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business.
• Develop dashboards, models, and performance insights to drive continuous improvement and support business decisions.
• Collaborate with operations and other cross-functional stakeholders to implement energy strategies and deliver operational improvements.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor's degree in an economic, engineering, or other relevant discipline.
• An interest in European energy markets, energy procurement, and risk management.
• A strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations and business insights.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Power BI, and/or Python.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and drive topics forward in a dynamic environment.
• A collaborative approach and the confidence to engage with stakeholders across operations, engineering, procurement, and sustainability teams.
• Curiosity and eagerness to develop technical knowledge of industrial production processes and energy systems.
• Strong communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
