About Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr, Morocco:   

This incredible hotel project located in the capital of Morocco sits on 15 acres and consists of 13 buildings for accommodation, restaurants, lobby, located within lush gardens, in and outdoor pools and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.      

The Role of Engineer Assistant Manager: 

We currently have an opportunity for an Engineer Assistant Manager to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco! 

This role reports to the Director of Engineering and will be responsible for assisting in all aspects of the hotel, building maintenance and landscaping; including electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, heating/cooling, painting, carpentry, structural, recycling, ground care, parking areas, outsourced gardening team, fire, and safety.  Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring that all inquiries are responded to in an efficient, courteous, and professional manner to deliver the highest of standards consistently and to ensure the safety and comfort of our guests and employees. 

Responsibilities will include talent leadership and development, ensuring execution and follow up of work, preparing requisitions for purchase and work orders, evaluating meter readings and consumption, and supporting the Safety Committee and the energy conservation program. 

Our Ideal Engineer Assistant Manager candidate will have: 

Leadership experience in a hotel/resort environment and have technical knowledge of general building maintenance and environmental standards.  Project management experience would be a great asset. 

Along with being strategic, analytical, and having solid business acumen, you will naturally also be a charismatic, nurturing, and inspiring leader with a strong passion for people welfare and development.  You will be the Cultural Advocate of the Golden Rule; creating great workplaces for all great people to deliver great experiences.  

Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
