The Role of Commis Butcher :
We currently have an opportunity for a Commis Butcher to join our Four Seasons Hotel Rabat, Kasr Al Bahr team in Morocco!
As a Commis Butcher, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Butchery section by preparing, cutting, trimming, and portioning meat, poultry, and fish according to Four Seasons standards. You will ensure the highest levels of food quality, hygiene, safety, and presentation while maintaining a clean and organized work area. Working closely with the culinary team, you will assist in stock rotation, storage, and preparation to support the smooth operation of all kitchen outlets.
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A passion for culinary excellence and food preparation, with knowledge of butchery techniques and food safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, eager to learn, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. You demonstrate teamwork, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining the exceptional quality and service standards for which Four Seasons is renowned.
Fluency in French, Arabic and English is a must for this location, along with eligibility to work in Morocco.
