The original mission of BJAK is we believe people deserve smarter ways to plan, save and grow their money. This is the origin of our name.

Started in 2019, we built the first mobile-first, insurance platform, enabling insurance to be accessible online by millions in the region. Today, its the leading insurance platform in Southeast Asia.

Today, we are expanding ways to help people in the region — this includes spending, saving, investing, exchanging, travelling, and more. Our mission is help people get more from their money every day.

We have teams working around the world, with over 20 nationalities from our offices and remotely, who truly enjoys their work. We are looking for the most talented and driven people we can find. What You’ll Do

• Lead the creation of high-impact design assets across campaigns, social media, web, product visuals, and marketing materials
• Evolve and strengthen BJAK’s brand identity, ensuring clarity, consistency, and premium execution across all surfaces
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, product, and performance teams to deliver on-brand work that drives results
• Design for diverse audiences—consumers, partners, and internal teams—while adapting visual language seamlessly
• Maintain and refine BJAK’s brand guidelines, ensuring top-tier quality across all outputs
• Mentor junior designers, guide creative execution, and support team-wide improvement
• Report directly to the Creative Manager and contribute strategic insight to overall brand and design direction

Requirements

What You Bring

• 5–8 years of experience in brand design, graphic design, or creative roles, ideally in fast-paced or startup environments
• A strong portfolio demonstrating brand storytelling, visual excellence, and design leadership
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion tools such as After Effects or Premiere Pro
• Experience or interest in using AI tools for design ideation and production
• Strong command of layout, typography, composition, and brand consistency
• Ability to mentor others, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide creative direction

Nice to Have

• Experience creating performance marketing or commercial campaign visuals
• Skills in motion graphics, sound editing, or basic VFX
• Familiarity with design systems, templates, and brand libraries
