Bed, Bath & Beyond is a tech-driven online retailer located near Salt Lake City in the shadow of the Wasatch Mountains. Though we began in 1999 as Overstock, our brand has evolved from a liquidation startup to a billion-dollar online home retailer. In 2023 Overstock acquired the Bed Bath & Beyond branding and we've been helping customers from both companies create their dream homes ever since. In 2025 the company acquired the buybuyBaby branding bringing the two iconic brands back together.
