The role requires strong product management discipline, commercial acumen, customer focus, and the ability to influence global stakeholders. The successful candidate combines strategic thinking with operational execution and is comfortable leading ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives across the installed base and active portfolio.

  • Track and analyze product performance metrics including placements, usage, profitability, customer satisfaction, and market share indicators.
  • Partner with finance and business teams on forecasting, pricing recommendations, profitability improvements, and business planning activities.
  • Support annual planning, portfolio reviews, and strategic decision-making processes.

Go-to-Market & Regional Engagement

  • Serve as the worldwide business lead for assigned products in collaboration with regional teams.
  • Align categories, sales regions, channel partners, and services organizations on priorities and customer opportunities.
  • Enable regional teams through positioning, messaging, competitive guidance, product updates, and customer-facing materials.
  • Lead regular portfolio reviews and current product business forums to ensure global alignment and execution.
