We are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join our team in Bulgaria, where you will be responsible for providing comprehensive office and facilities management support to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-organized workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
Facilities and Workplace Management
- Liaise with building management, facilities providers, and external vendors.
- Coordinate office maintenance, repairs, and health and safety requirements.
- Monitor workplace standards and ensure office facilities are fully operational.
- Manage access cards, keys, visitor logs, and security procedures.
Vendor and Supplier Management
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
- Coordinate service requests and ensure contractual obligations are met.
- Process purchase orders, invoices, and expense tracking for office-related services.
- Monitor vendor performance and resolve service issues.
Employee Support
- Act as a primary point of contact for workplace-related inquiries.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics, including workstation setup.
- Manage meeting room preparation.
- Support with organizing employee events, meetings, and workplace engagement activities.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Experience
- Secondary school diploma or Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Facilities Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred)
- Relevant experience in office administration, workplace coordination, facilities management, or a similar role.
- Experience managing vendors and office services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
