Key responsibilities:

Merit professional empowerment and sales support: focus on the logic of large single development, high-end communication skills, cross-field wealth planning capabilities and other contents, and develop special coursewares and related marketing tools;

Promotion of high-value products and atmosphere building: excavate regional high-value products (Leveraged life)/large single cases, refine replicable methodology (such as customer screening, demand mining, scheme presentation), and form a diversified case base;

Construction of high-end customer service standardization process: by extracting performance cases and drawing lessons from industry experience, we will build a regional high-end customer service process system, covering the whole process of customer clue identification, demand diagnosis, scheme presentation, underwriting process and after-sales service, and clarify the service content and verification standards of each link

Salon speaker and scheme presentation synergy: independently plan and lecture on all kinds of wealth salons for high-end customers, thematic lectures; Work with sales staff to produce and present customized wealth planning proposals. Business driven project support for other teams/performance

Skills/competence/experience/education required

1. More than 5 years of experience in private banking, head insurance company high-end service or individual insurance performance promotion;

2. Be good at training and speaking, with excellent public speaking skills, on-site adaptability and the ability to quickly build interpersonal trust;

3. Have the internal driving force of learning and growth, and have the qualification of legal and tax professional certification is preferred

4. Good professional image, high professional quality, anti stress
