About the Role:
Join our multidisciplinary team as a Board-Certified/Eligible Obesity Medicine Physician. You'll provide expert evaluation and medical management for patients with obesity and related conditions. This role is based in Woburn, MA and offers a flexible, hybrid schedule.
What You'll Do:
- Provide comprehensive care for adult and pediatric patients seeking weight management.
- Utilize your expertise in weight loss pharmacotherapy and non-surgical interventions (diet, exercise, behavior modification).
- Manage peri- and post-operative care for bariatric surgery patients.
- Collaborate with specialists in bariatric surgery, psychology, and nutrition.
- Contribute to personalized treatment plans using advanced technology and research.
What You'll Need:
- BC/BE in Internal Medicine, Internal Medicine sub-specialty, or Family Medicine (Family Medicine is preferred)
- BC/BE in Obesity Medicine.
- Expertise in obesity medicine, including genetic, biologic, environmental, social, and behavioral factors.
- Competence in all non-surgical obesity treatments and bariatric surgery care.

- Work Location: BILHSC Winchester Weight Management, 200 Unicorn Park, Suite 401, Woburn
- Schedule: Full-time, potential for hybrid (telehealth) days

Pay Range:
$214,000.00 USD - $316,000.00 USDThe pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation may be determined based on several factors, that may include education, training, relevant experience, specialty, geography of work location, productivity, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include productivity and quality bonuses.
