Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop end-to-end business intelligence framework for online products and SAAS solutions based on requirements that include recommending an appropriate architecture (on-premises/cloud), analytics, and reporting. Each day, you will evaluate business data to produce meaningful insights and metrics and to identify trends that could improve business performance. You will also showcase your expertise by designing new dashboards using best practices and intuitive visualization.

The work model for the role is: Onsite, Mebane, NC #LI-Onsite

This role is contributing to the Electronic Low Voltage Distribution Sensors.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Executing quantitative analysis that translate data into actionable insights.
• Interpreting data, analyzing results using statistical techniques, and providing ongoing reports.
• Owning the knowledge capture and transferring of under-the-hood systems such as various architectural and design aspects and ensures they are well documented to maintain and enhance the overall system integrity.
• Contributing to design and coding related standards, technology, and tool selections and defines new data collection and analysis processes.

Qualifications for the role

• You are highly skilled in business intelligence frameworks, data analytics, statistical analysis techniques, and dashboard design with visualization best practices.
• You have minimum 2 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or analytics architecture
• You possess enhanced knowledge of analytics platforms and tools such as PowerBI, data warehousing solutions, and SQL/database management systems.
• You are highly adept in designing and developing dashboards, defining KPIs and metrics, and translating business requirements into technical solutions.
• You are innovative around about architectural design patterns, technology trends, process optimization, and continuous improvement in analytics solutions.
• You are captivated by / passionate about customer-centric design, user experience, and delivering actionable insights that drive business value.
• You have demonstrated expertise in cross-functional collaboration with enterprise architects, data scientists, software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
