Warehouse Manager
Responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, including receiving, shipping, materials storage, Tool Crib management, and production line support. This role ensures inventory accuracy above 98%, maintains data integrity across transactions and documentation, and leads the warehouse team to achieve operational, safety, and productivity goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise receiving, shipping, warehousing, Tool Crib operations, and production material support.
- Lead inventory analysis and ensure data integrity across warehouse transactions.
- Coordinate domestic and urgent shipments, including transportation and tender requests.
- Ensure compliance with warehouse receiving and shipping procedures.
- Maintain inventory accuracy levels of 98% or higher and develop corrective action plans when needed.
- Oversee cycle counts, annual physical inventories, and inventory adjustments.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs for warehouse equipment, including forklifts, scales, and wrapping machines.
- Monitor export documentation and ensure compliance with CTPAT requirements.
- Support production lines by ensuring the timely availability of raw materials and consumables.
- Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Customs, and Distribution teams to resolve material shortages and logistics issues.
- Control Tool Crib inventory, chemical materials, and related expenses within budget.
- Ensure FIFO practices, material traceability, and kitting processes are properly followed.
- Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives.
- Standardize warehouse processes, procedures, and documentation across operations.
- Promote a safe work environment and ensure compliance with company safety policies.
Basic Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of warehouse, logistics, or materials management experience, preferably within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Proven leadership and people management experience.
- Experience with ERP systems such as JD Edwards, SAP, or Oracle.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
- Flexibility to support different work schedules as needed.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and Power BI.
- Experience coordinating annual physical inventories.

On-Site Work Arrangement
This role is based fully onsite, and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities.
