Job Description

• Serve as the System Owner for the Loan Origination System, overseeing end-to-end system processes and continuous improvements.
• Lead process reengineering initiatives to enhance user experience, reduce manual dependencies and improve turnaround time.
• Manage system enhancements from business requirements gathering and documentation, UAT and implementation through to user rollout.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to streamline processes, simplify forms and standardize operational checklists.
• Conduct user training and develop user guides to support effective adoption of system and process changes.
• Ensure data quality, accuracy and integrity from the Loan Origination System to downstream management and regulatory reporting.
• Monitor system and process effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities and coordinate timely resolution of system-related issues.
• Contribute to the digitization strategy for SME lending platforms.
• Partner with Group Customer Experience Digital teams to identify and implement customer journey simplification and automation opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in banking, lending operations, loan origination systems, business analysis or digital/process transformation.
• Good understanding of end-to-end lending processes and system-related workflows.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT, system implementation and change management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong focus on process efficiency and data quality.
• Ability to work effectively with business, technology, operations, credit and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and user-training skills.
• Knowledge of CCRIS and regulatory reporting requirements would be an advantage.
