About the Role

We're looking for a Video Producer to help scale Rho's in-house creative studio. This is a hands-on role for someone who can make performance-driven content founders actually watch, share, and remember. You'll report to our Video Storyteller and work across every stage of production: shooting, editing, packaging, and publishing across X, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit at volume and at quality. Cut long-form episodes, short-form clips, product videos, and brand pieces, from rough cut through final delivery.

• Own the publishing calendar. You’ll work across all platforms to ensure every piece of content is being tracked & documented.

• Turn one piece of long-form content into platform-native cuts for X, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn, each with its own hook, pacing, and packaging.

• Shoot and run production. Operate cameras, lighting, and audio on interviews, studio shoots, events, and run-and-gun content.

• Track and iterate. Monitor views, retention, and engagement, and use what you learn to sharpen edits and formats.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in video editing, content production, or social content, whether in-house, agency-side, or as an independent creator.

• A portfolio or reel that proves you can either make something look cinematic or make something perform. Ideally both.

• Fluency in video editing (Final Cut or Premiere Pro) - creating quality visual treatments, sound design, and pacing.

• Confident behind the camera, with solid fundamentals in framing, lighting, and audio.

• Understanding of platform dynamics, especially X and LinkedIn. You know why a video worked and can do it again on purpose.

• Strong sense of story, brand consistency, and general aesthetics.

• Ability to move fast, stay organized, and stay detail-oriented.

Our people are our most valuable asset. The base salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000. In addition to base pay, Rho offers equity, healthcare benefits and paid time off. This role is eligible for an uncapped performance bonus paid quarterly.
