About the Role

You’ll create video ads and static creatives for Meta campaigns, turning footage, brand assets, and concepts into compelling content. Your work will help keep fresh ideas moving into testing, with new variations that build on feedback and available performance insights. You’ll own your deliverables and contribute ideas for stronger hooks, clearer messaging, and better visuals. Expect quick turnarounds and frequent iterations—we’re looking for someone who moves work forward, spots opportunities, and proposes solutions rather than waiting for instructions.

Responsibilities

• Turn creative briefs, raw footage, and brand assets into polished video and static ads for Meta.
• Make each video’s message clear through strong opening hooks, purposeful pacing, readable captions, and effective calls to action.
• Design static creatives that communicate an offer clearly and stay consistent with the brand.
• Produce creative variations that let the team test different hooks, messages, visuals, and formats.
• Keep creative production moving by meeting agreed deadlines, communicating progress, and flagging blockers early.
• Bring new concepts and practical improvements to the team without waiting to be asked.
• Turn feedback and available campaign insights into stronger creative iterations.
• Deliver organized source files and correctly formatted exports that are ready for review, reuse, and launch.

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Hands-on experience creating both video ads and static creatives specifically for Meta.
• Proficiency in video-editing and graphic-design tools; the quality of your work matters more than the software you use.
• The ability to work quickly while maintaining clean edits, accurate text, and consistent visual quality.
• Demonstrated initiative: you suggest improvements, ask useful questions, and take ownership of getting work finished.
• Strong written and spoken English and reliable communication in a remote team.

Nice to Have:

• Experience editing user-generated content or direct-response ads.
• Motion graphics, animation, or sound design skills.
• Experience using ad performance feedback to decide what to change or test next.
