About you and the role 
 
As a Treasury Manager based in Navi Mumbai , You should be someone who Uses specialized depth and breadth of expertise in a Treasury discipline to ensure Dow’s financial flexibility. Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends process improvements in order to enable Dow to meet business and corporate strategies through supporting activities related to customer structure optimization, risk management, and fiduciary for company’s pension assets. 
 
In this role, you will require specialized, in-depth knowledge and advanced expertise in your discipline or functional area. You will need to analyze and identify internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services. You should be able to communicate difficult concepts to others and persuade others to adopt a different point of view. 
 
It is your responsibility to be able to use sophisticated analytical thought and judgement to identify innovative solutions. You will need to be able to lead others to solve complex problems and potentially lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity. Your performance impacts business direction through the development of new products or services. 
 
Responsibilities – Duties, projects, tasks, and activities you would be responsible for in this role 

• Applies specialized depth and breadth of expertise to support treasury related activities aligned with corporate finance, financial operations, financial risk management, portfolio investments, customer financial services, financial planning, or insurance and corporate risk management 

• Leads functional teams or Treasury projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and complexity that impacts the achievement of customer and operational objectives 

• Leads Treasury teams to solve complex problems using sophisticated analytical thought to create innovative solutions 

• Assist in preparing cash flow estimates for the company which requires extensive interaction across different functions and geographies to understand all relevant cash requirements and capital structure 

• Collaborate with the Strategic Planning team in the preparation of treasury related board materials 

• Continuously enhance financial scenario modeling to simulate potential impact of management actions 

• Rating agency engagement to ensure full alignment and reconciliation of leverage ratio metrics being reported 

• Track and analyze Treasury Budget and ensure Treasury Leadership Team is has visibility in order to take any required intervention 

• Confirm debt covenant compliance by analyzing reasonableness of all quarterly financial information and calculated ratios pertaining to Debt Financial Covenants 

Qualification 

A bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field is required. A master’s degree, Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or other relevant finance certification is preferred with an overall relevant experience of 7-10 years
