At Magical Beginnings, With Care, We Care® guides every classroom and every learning experience we provide. We're seeking a passionate, experienced Toddler Teacher to join our team at our Norwell location, with a $500 sign-on bonus* for candidates who apply before October 31st.

Qualified candidates must hold current Massachusetts EEC Infant/Toddler Teacher Certification. If you have experience as a Toddler Teacher, Infant Teacher, Preschool Teacher, Childcare Teacher, or Early Childhood Educator looking for a supportive center that values its educators, we'd love to meet you.

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

EEC Infant Toddler Certification, CDA, or equivalent degree and experience (required)

Daycare experience in a center-based or private school setting

Patience, positive energy, and a love for helping young children meet and exceed their developmental goals

Some requirements of the role include:

Flexibility to work 6:30AM-5:30PM Monday through Friday

Ability to spend extended periods of time on the floor with the children

Ability to lift up to 50lbs

Ability to stand up to 90% of the workday

Attentiveness, strong time management, and a team-focused mindset

As a Toddler Teacher, you will be responsible for:

Collaborating with your co-teacher to prepare curriculum, lesson plans, and materials

Supporting social-emotional development and early learning milestones through play-based, age-appropriate activities

Keeping parents informed and building positive relationships with children and families

Maintaining a safe, clean, and orderly classroom environment

Assisting with daily routines, including toilet training, diapering, meals, outdoor time, and naptime

Tracking children's progress and completing required assessments

Maintaining your EEC-required professional development hours and PQ registry

Helping toddlers build independence, language, and confidence
