Job Information:

Virtua Health is seeking a fellowship-trained Thoracic Surgical Oncologist to join our dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will bring a minimum of three years of experience in thoracic surgery with strong expertise in minimally invasive techniques, including robotic-assisted surgery.

We are looking for a highly motivated clinician with a comprehensive background in treating both malignant and benign thoracic diseases, encompassing the full spectrum of pulmonary, esophageal, mediastinal, and chest wall conditions. A focused interest in expanding our malignant foregut program is highly desirable. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to ongoing clinical excellence and program development in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

Compensation & Benefits

In compliance with the New Jersey Pay Transparency Act, the posted minimum base salary for this physician position is $575,000.00 annually for newly practicing physicians.

Providers with a minimum of 5 years of post-training experience will be offered a starting base salary of $650,000.00 or higher, based on years of experience, specialty expertise, and overall qualifications.

Final compensation will be competitive and commensurate with the candidate's experience, credentials, training, and prevailing market conditions.
