You Have: 

• Experience working in a fast-paced customer service environment, demonstrating technology use to customers and prospective users
• Experience developing software source code using Java, Python, or C++
• Experience troubleshooting computer hardware and software, and determining the most appropriate mechanism to correct issues
• Experience as an Intern
• Ability to quickly react and adapt to a rapidly changing environment due to changes in system requirements, emerging technologies, and end-user requests
• Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
• Scheduled to obtain a Bachelor's degree by Summer 2028

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience working independently or as part of a larger team to accomplish a single goal
• Ability to quickly learn and immediately apply new techniques and procedures recommended by more experienced staff and team leadership
• Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills
