As a Test Automation Engineer, a typical day involves applying structured quality processes and leveraging automation tools to enhance testing products and solutions. The role requires overseeing the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, ensuring that testing activities are executed with precision and reliability. This position demands continuous monitoring and refinement of testing frameworks to maintain high standards of control, accuracy, and data integrity across projects. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align testing objectives and deliverables is an integral part of daily responsibilities, fostering a seamless and efficient quality assurance environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of automation strategies to optimize testing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to build technical expertise and promote best practices.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of testing goals with overall project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Operational Support Systems (OSS).
- Strong experience in designing and executing automated test scripts and frameworks.
- In-depth understanding of quality assurance methodologies and software development lifecycle.
- Ability to analyze complex system behaviors and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with integration of automation tools within continuous integration and delivery pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on improving testing processes and outcomes.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Operational Support Systems (OSS).
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
