Job Description:

Essential Job Functions: Design, develop, and implement automated tests for software applications, ensuring high-quality products and efficient testing processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements, develop test automation frameworks, and execute automated tests. Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues. Develop and maintain automated testing tools, scripts, and frameworks to support continuous integration and delivery. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in test automation, applying this knowledge to improve testing efficiency and effectiveness. Basic Qualifications: • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Typically, 5 years of relevant work experience in the software industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar test automation role • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, collaborating with developers, quality assurance engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality software products Other Qualifications: • Certification in test automation, such as TEST AUTOMATION 3 - Expert, or willingness to obtain certification • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#, and experience with test automation frameworks like Selenium, Appium, or TestComplete • Experience with agile development methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
