Job Description

Verantwortlichkeiten:  

· Administration und Verwaltung von Verträgen und komplexeren Angeboten.

· Datenpflege der Vertrags-, Auschreibungs- und Angebotsübersichten, sowie deren Pflege in den internen IT-Systemen.

· Monitoren von Ausschreibungen und deren administrative Koordination mit den relevanten Fachabteilungen, sowie die fachgerechte Bearbeitung dieser.

· Einhaltung und Umsetzung der SOPs, Compliance Richtlinien, Arbeits- und Prozessanweisungen im Tagesgeschäft.

· Bearbeitung jeglicher Anfragen in schriftlicher und mündlicher Form zu Verträgen und Ausschreibungen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem jeweiligen betroffenen Fachabteilungen.

· Administration und Verwaltung von Kundenstammdaten in den internen IT-Systemen und allen internen und externen Anfragen hierzu.

· Umgehende Weiterleitung von Produktreklamationen innerhalb von 48 Stunde über SFDC oder das Produktreklamationsformular.

· Erledigung aller zugewiesenen Systemtrainings (z.B. C2C) bis zum entsprechenden Fälligkeitsdatums.

Bevorzugte Anforderungen: 

Kaufmännische Ausbildung oder Bachelor Abschlusses in Wirtschaft oder Betriebswirtschaft

· Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sales Support, Vertragsgestaltung, Ausschreibungswesen inkl. eVergabe

· Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten, ein gutes Zahlenverständnis und detailgenaues Arbeiten

· Sicherer Umgang mit SAP (S/4 HANA), MS Office insbesondere Excel und CRM Kenntnisse erwünscht

· Erfahrung im Bereich Daten- und Systempflege

· Erfahrung mit Vertrags- und CRM-Tools

· Gutes Verständnis von Inhalten kommerzieller Verträge und deren Analytik bzgl. rechtlicher Details

· Sehr gute Fähigkeiten in der Kommunikation und Austausch mit anderen

· Stärke im konstruktivem Feedback, belastbar

· Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit Vertragsaffinität

· Gute Englische Sprachkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
