We are hiring experienced Tele sales / SDR / Business Development professionals to

generate new B2B business opportunities across GCC and US markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound B2B cold calls (100+ answered calls/day).

• Identify and contact decision-makers including CEOs, Founders, and HR Leaders.

• Research prospects and identify genuine business needs.

• Qualify leads and generate at least 10 qualified opportunities per week.

• Follow up with prospects and schedule meetings when required.

• Maintain accurate CRM records and achieve assigned KPIs.

Requirements

3–5+ years of experience in SDR, Telesales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Lead

Generation.

• Proven experience in high-volume B2B cold calling and qualified lead generation.

• Fluent English is mandatory.

• Strong communication, objection handling, and negotiation skills.

• Target-driven, persistent, and comfortable with high-performance KPIs.

• Previous GCC B2B calling/sales experience is preferred for GCC roles.

• Previous US B2B cold-calling experience is preferred for US roles.

Preferred Industry Experience

Recruitment / Staffing, HR Services, BPO / Outsourcing, Payroll, EOR, Professional

Services, B2B Services, or SaaS / Technology Sales.
